Aparajitaa follows a 14-day replacement policy against the products sold to the customers, this means you or the customer have 14 days of time to request for a replacement after receiving the product that you have purchased.
In order to be eligible for a replacement or a refund, the purchased product must be in the same condition in which you have received it, ie. unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging it came in.
For initiating a replacement, you can contact us by E-mailing at –ABC@XYZ.com stating the problem you are facing. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Any product that you send us back without requesting for a return first, will not be accepted.

Kindly inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item delivered is defective, damaged or if it is a wrong item, so that we can check the issue and resolve it as early as possible.
The product can be allowed for exchange only once after a purchase.
Certain items cannot be returned, like a special order or personalized items. If you have questions or concerns about any specific item, please get in touch with us. No claims on damage on ornamental fittings.
Aparajitaa does not accept any returns on items that are on sale or any gift cards.
For an early exchange and ensure you get what you want, you have to return the item as soon as you can. Once the returned product has been accepted, you can make another purchase for a new item.
Aparajitaa has no refund policy. Products once sold cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
